Case Study - Viscose Closures, Swansea
Viscose Closures in Swansea manufacture plastic seals for jars and bottles. Recently, they replaced 73 metal halide lamps at 250w each (they ran at 300w). Our solution was to swap them for exactly the same number of induction low bay lamps, each rated at 120w, linked to motion and light sensors.
The result? A drop in lighting energy consumption of around 60%.
